Presentation Series – Ecologically Restorative Design – November 19th, Pittsboro 6pm

Join EarthWalk Dwellings at the Chatham County Library in Pittsboro to learn more about our line of MicroPerch kit homes! The event is free, and open to all ages. The presentation will be given by founder, Tim Watson, teacher and Architect since 1980, and is the visionary leader of a term called “Ecologically Restorative Design.”

Emerging housing technology and care for our life support system, planet Earth, will be presented. Preview our affordable kit house designs you can assemble yourself, tie in to utility services or live in off-grid – and then connect with nature’s local ecosytems. Utility costs for tied-to-grid electric service is projected to cost $300 per year!

Earth is undergoing the most rapid change in global temperature rise known to geological science. Whether induced by people, or whatever else, it is happening. The question is, what can be done to better secure our lives and our children’s lives in the coming years?

This presentation centers on a path of action toward that end.
